Translation: Happy Easter!

Hi MarkerPop Peeps! With Easter quickly approaching, I’m mixing old and new (well, “newER” anyway) Lawn Fawn products today for a sweet and fun Easter card!

The adorable chicks and all their sweet accessories com from Lawn Fawn’s Chirpy Chirp Chirp set that was released in February of 2016 (seems like just yesterday!). I stamped them with Lawn Fawndamentals Black Licorice ink onto X-Press Ink paper, and colored them with my Copic Sketch markers.

All the adorable die cut pieces are all Lawn Fawn Cut Sets.  Here are the sets I used and for which pieces:

All of the solid colors are actually white paper colored with Lawn Fawndamentals inks and a couple Distress inks; you can see all the specific ones I used in the Supply List below.

Thank you for stopping by, and have a GREAT day!

Happy Birthday – Open Me!

What fun interactive cards are! And I have that on my card today, featuring Lawn Fawn’s 3 Sprinkled with Joy products (1 stamp set, and 2 different die sets)! I created a birthday card, and pulled in Lawn Fawn’s Baked with Love stamp set & coordinating die set to do that.

The images are stamped with Lawn Fawn’s Black Licorice ink onto X-Press It paper, and colored with Copic markers. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment inside the oven from Lawn Fawn’s Year Two stamp set and their Yeti ink. The background papers (yes, Lawn Fawn’s!) (links here & here) are die cut with dies from Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Square Stackables dies – Large and Small.

I went a little crazy with the sequins, but I couldn’t help it! I LOVE my Pretty Pink Posh sequins, and this was the perfect card to add a ton of them! You can see which ones I used in the Supply List below.

Thank you for stopping by; have a wonderful day, and happy crafting!

MarkerPop Challenge #114

Good morning, Crafters! It’s time for a new Challenge over at MarkerPop!

I’m using Lawn Fawn’s Turn Me On stamp set & coordinating die set, and a few other Lawn Fawn die sets, also (links in Supply List below).

The paper is from Lawn Fawn’s 6×6 Let’s Polka Mon Amie paper collection, and I stamped the light swithces with Lawn Fawndamentals Wild Rose ink. The image is stamped with Lawn Fawndamentals Black Licorice ink onto X-Press IT Bright White Blending Card Paper, then the images are colored with Copic markers.

So that’s it; I kept it simple today, similar to the image (or so I think, anyway!). Have a great week, crafters!

Lawn Fawn, Copics {ValByDesign, 2016} All of the images are stamped using my Mini Misti, with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press IT Blending Card paper, and colored with my Copics.

Lawn Fawn, Copics {ValByDesign, 2016} I  painted some sparkle on the snowcaps and the fish with my Zig Clear WInk of Stella.

I have so many wonderful Easter stamp sets to work with, and this is the first one I’ve finally gotten done – ugh! Thursday Cuppa Joe

How about a Thursday Cuppa Joe today with My Favorite Things (MFT) for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog?!

When I first saw the MFT Gumball Greetings Card kit, I fell in Love immediately!  I rarely (if ever) order crafting kits, but THIS one is just so adorable and versatile, I figured I could whip out all kinds of great cards and keep them on hand. No, I haven’t done that yet, but I will – I swear!  Haha, but I DID use the kit for today’s card, and I altered it a little by making it a coffee card! Here is the video showing what this fun kit has in it:

To make it a coffee card, I pulled out the Lawn Fawn (LF) Love You a Lattee stamp set, and stamped the coffee beans with LF’s Walnut ink.

My Favorite Things Gumball Greetings kit, Lawn Fawn stamps & ink & dies {ValByDesign, 2016}

I also used LF’s Large Stitched 4 Bar Rectangles die set, and their new Everyday Sentiment Banners die set.

Thursday Cuppa Joe

Well, I got all my New Release Lawn Fawn (LF) goodies the other day (yippee!), so I decided to put them to good use on today’s Thursday Cuppa Joe post for the Coffee Loving Cardmaker’s blog! I pulled out my LF Love You a Latte stamp set (so adorable!) and stamped & colored the images with my Copic Sketch Markers; then I die cut them with the coordinating die set Lawn Fawn {ValByDesign, 2016} THEN, I got the new goodies out! I die cut the papers from the LF Perfectly Plaid and the LF Let’s Polka in the Meadow paper pads with the new LF Thank You Border die and the LF Stitched Rectangle Frames die set. Lawn Fawn {ValByDesign, 2016} I got the banner cut from the longer die in the new LF Extra Sentiment Banners die set, and I stamped the beans on it with LF Walnut Ink. My final touch was painting Zig Clear Wink of Stella on the hearts. Lawn Fawn {ValByDesign, 2016} Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
